SANKALPTO SIDDHI
Building a Viksit Bharat by 2047

From resolve
to attainment.

India will be developed by 2047 only if the learner who starts Class 6 today finishes as someone with a skill, a credential and a job. Sankalp to Siddhi is the platform that keeps that journey on one record — enrol, skill, certify, attain — for every learner and every institute.

THE LARGER CAUSE

A developed India needs a skilled generation — and today that journey breaks four times.

Not for want of effort. Because the record breaks between the people who enrol a learner, the people who teach the skill, the people who assess it and the people who fund it. Every break loses a young person somewhere.

BREAK 1

The learner disappears between systems

Admission in one register, attendance in another, skills in a third. Nobody can answer what happened to a learner across three years.

BREAK 2

Skills are taught but not evidenced

Practical hours happen; the record shows a signature on a sheet. A certificate without traceable evidence means little to an employer.

BREAK 3

Credentials do not travel

A certificate that cannot be verified, credits that do not transfer, and a learner who starts again at the next institution.

BREAK 4

Funders see stories, not evidence

CSR and trust money is reported in photographs and totals, so the programmes that actually work cannot be told from the ones that do not.

WHAT WE DO
One governed record, from the day a learner enrols to the day they attain.Every module is a view onto that same record — nothing is re-keyed between admission, training, assessment and certification.
CONTRIBUTION TO VIKSIT BHARAT 2047

Four outcomes the country is counting, and where our modules meet them.

🎓

Every learner counted — and followed

A lifelong identity (APAAR) and credit bank (ABC) so a learner is one record across schools, institutes and years, not a fresh file each time.

Modules: Admissions · Learner 360 · APAAR & ABC · Holistic Progress Card

🔨

Skills that are real, not nominal

Programmes tagged to NSQF levels and NCrF credits, delivered through labs and trainers whose sessions, experiments and attendance are on the record.

Modules: Skills & NSQF · Labs · Training Programmes · Train the Trainer · LearnX

📑

Credentials an employer can trust

Assessment, certification and DigiLocker-issued credentials that a company or a university can verify without a phone call.

Modules: Exams · Results · Certification · Career Paths

📊

Money that can be shown to have worked

Learner-level evidence for every programme and every rupee, so CSR committees, trusts and boards fund what demonstrably works.

Modules: Programmes · Project Stage · CSR Dashboard · Partner 360 · Reports

One platform, many stakeholders

An IT platform with a module for every person in the chain.

A learner, a teacher, a lab admin, a principal, an NGO field coordinator and a CSR lead all need different screens from the same truth. Sankalp to Siddhi gives each of them their own, scoped by designation — so nobody maintains a parallel spreadsheet.

Home › Programmes

Programmes that end in evidence, not a photograph.

This is the answer to the fourth break: money is spent, outcomes are claimed, and nobody can trace either to the learner it was spent on. A programme on this platform is a record, and the record is the report.

WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS

A programme is not a budget line and a set of photographs.

Somewhere between the approval and the annual report, a skilling programme becomes a story: a number of beneficiaries, a folder of pictures, a satisfaction score. The trainer who taught it, the learner who sat in it and the employer who was meant to hire from it never appear in the same document.

Sankalp to Siddhi keeps the programme attached to the learners it touched. Every session, every assessment, every certificate and every rupee stays on the same thread — so the outcome can be proved rather than asserted, and the programmes that work can be told apart from the ones that do not.

संकल्प से सिद्धि — from resolve to attainment.

A platform named for what it does, built by people who have set up skilling at scale before.

Why the name

Sankalp (संकल्प) is the resolve — an institution’s decision to start a programme, a CSR commitment, a trust’s intent to skill its young people. Siddhi (सिद्धि) is the attainment — a learner certified, employed or progressing to higher study.

Between the two sits everything that usually goes missing: who enrolled, what they were taught, who taught it, what the lab had, what the assessment showed, what the certificate says and whether it was worth anything. Sankalp to Siddhi keeps that thread intact.

It is the education platform of SGRAM Group, Pune — Swayampurna · Green · Rural · Advanced · Modern — built for a developed India by 2047.
